TRANSFORMATION OF THE SYSTEM OF FINANCIAL INCENTIVES IN THE CONTEXT OF CORRECTING OF THE INDIVIDUAL LABOR MOBILITY

Abstract
The article is devoted to topical issue of the definition of priorities of transformation of the system of financial incentives in the context of the adjustment of individual labor mobility. The article analyzed the current state of financial incentives in Ukraine, the most pressing problems in this area are highlighted, negative trends and consequences of the impact of financial incentives on the individual labor mobility of the activity are systematized. The most promising directions of transformation of financial incentives at the macro and microeconomic levels are outlined.
