Transmission of Protective Alert Signals, through Arbuscular Mycorrhizal, in Tomato Cultures

Abstract

In previous work we show that changes related with the production of high anthocyanins content (HAC) tomato plants, will produce one environmental signal able to induce disease resistance. In these work we optimize the protective signals and analyze the transmission way. Using an isolate orchard as control, we show the differences in growth, fruit production, quality and intercommunication of tomato plants. At last we analyze the number of arbuscular mycorrhiza and molecules that are involved in the plant communication, using RNA nanosondes.
