Abstract
The article reveals the importance of transnational banks, their role in the development of international economic relations, the causes of their emergence, as well as their advantages over the other banking structures; the impact of their activities on the development of the economy and financial sector of developing countries is assessed, by analyzing the results obtained with the construction of regression models.
