TRANSNATIONALIZATION OF THE ECONOMY AND GLOBAL INVESTMENTS PROCESSES: GLOBAL TRENDS AND UKRAINE

Abstract
The article studies the aspects of trans-nationalization of the global economy and peculiarities of the global investment processes in the modern world’s economy. It defined the influence of the TNC on the economies of the host countries. The article reviewed the issues and promising directions of the global investment flows and determined their impact on the Ukrainian economy considering the current situation on the global financial market and the role of Ukraine as a recipient host country in the world’s globalization processes.
