TRANSPORTATION AS A STRATEGIC DIRECTION OF UKRAINE'S TRANSPORT DEVELOPMENT UNDER GLOBALIZATION CONDITIONS

Abstract
The article deals with transit traffic by by car and rail in Ukraine. The favourable geographical position of Ukraine provides its high transit potential, which is based on rail transport. However, this potential is not realized in full. To do this, a number of measures to further adapt to the Ukrainian transport trans-European network.
