TRENDS AND POSSIBILITIES FOR UPGRADING BATTLE TANKS OF THE POLISH ARMY

Abstract
Some combat characteristics of tanks T-72, PT-91, and LEOPARD 2A4 and 2A5 used by the Polish Army are studied in the paper and compared with selected world designs. Moreover the upgrading possibilities of used armourclad equipment regarding armour systems and enemy attacking capacities are evaluated.<br/><br/>
