TRENDS IN THE PRODUCTION AND CONSUMPTION OF MEAT AND MEAT PRODUCTS IN UKRAINE (ON THE EXAMPLE OF VINNYTSIA REGION)

Abstract
The article deals with the dynamics of production of the main types of meat and meat products by the enterprises of Vinnytsia region. The dynamics of export and import of meat products are investigated. The researches of average prices of agricultural animals’ sale are presented. Also, the article compares the average prices for meat products in Ukraine and Poland and also describes the dynamics of meat consumption in Ukraine and Vinnytsia region. The conclusions provide suggestions for the effective development of the meat processing complex.
