Abstract
In the article the concept of innovative economy, her value is certain in the modern globalized world. The analysis of base conceptions of development of innovative economy is conducted in European Union, USA, Japan and other countries. Generalization of leading progress trends is done in outer economic space and fundamental differences are identified in the specific of development of ingredients of innovative economy in the world and to Ukraine.
