Trends of court practice in transfer pricing disputes in Ukraine

Abstract
The article analyzes court practice in tax disputes on transfer pricing issues. Classification of disputes into categories and subcategories depending on the subject of the dispute is made. Contradictory positions of courts on transfer pricing issues have been analyzed.
