TRENDS OF MONETARY POST-KEYNESIANISM IN THE BEGINNING OF XXI CENTURY

Abstract
The article examines theoretical and methodological principles of the post-keynesian monetary economics. It analyses the views of the representatives of this economic thought on the role of money and monetary policy in the development of the modern economy. It is identified that a major contribution of post-keynesians into the modern economics was their substantiation of close connection between monetary and financial sectors. The article highlights that in post-keynesian monetary economics is the main tool of fighting against financial instability.
