TRENDS OF THE INSTITUTE OF SECURITIES IN THE MODEL LAW «ON ENTREPRENEURSHIP»

Abstract
The subject of research is the notion and the features of the securities as a subject of the modern civil law. The aim of research is the exposure of the current trends of legal regulation of stock issue and handling by example of the CIS model legislation. The methodological basis of the research contains the comparative jurisprudence approach. In the course of investigation the author has come to the conclusion that the Model law «On Entrepreneurship» governing the issue and handling of stock reflects a number of current trends of the development of civil law as following: the unacceptance of the universal concept definition of the term «security», the dematerialization of the securities, the differentiation of types of security.
