Abstract
The article deals with identification of trigger factors of childhood that contributes to the occurrence and determines features of the clinical course of psoriasis. We have carried out survey of 520 patients with psoriasis using clinical and psychological research methods, data are elaborated statistically using a computer application. In all examined 520 patients with psoriasis using applying psychological questionnaire we detected signs of dysmorphophobia of mild to moderate severity. Significantly more severe degree of clinical course was marked in genetically burdened history of the disease. The negative psychological impacts in the family or in an educational institution may be significant trigger factors of the subsequent severe clinical course of dermatosis. This makes it necessary to use different methods of influence on the normalization of the psychophysiological state of the children.
