Abstract
The paper systematizes and analyzes the main conceptual approaches to the formation and implementation of the company's system warning, forecasting, and overcoming bankruptcy; considered in detail the content, objectives and the purpose of each of the functional system components; proposed the definition of "warning system, forecasting and overcoming the bankruptcy of the enterprise".
