Abstract
The article is devoted to the results of investigation of the trust level in Transcarpathian region enterprises, which indicates the formation of institutional norms of trust as a competitiveness factor. Firstly the confidence matrix in Transcarpathian enterprise is offered and the zone of the trust is exposed.
