Turkey Ombudsman: Aspect Of Structural-Instıtutıonal And Functıonal

Abstract
Ombudsman, which basically effective throughout the entire country, are understood as a public complaints citizens based organization. Today, ombudsmen have emerged dedicated to different areas of expertise. One of these regional or local government ombudsman. In Europe, one of the world's continents were established in different state-level ombudsman institution. Indeed, one of the places where the application of the ombudsman institution in Europe is the Republic of Turkey. The purpose of this paper, ombudsman institution who showed the world's spread to different continents which is of the sampling is carried out in Turkey in an Europe continent country. This paper aims to provide information for structural-institutional and operational aspects related to the ombudsman institutions in Turkey.
