Two cases with liver cirrhosis secondary to hepatitis B that presented with hepatocellular carcinoma at young age

Abstract

Abstract: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the most common primary malignant tumor of the liver. In men, the most common fifth in women the most common seventh tumor. Africa and Asia were more associated with hepatitis B virus, Europe and the United States is associated with hepatitis C virus. Underdeveloped countries depending on an early age exposure to hepatitis viruses can also be seen in under 45 years, the incidence of HCC increases after the age of 45 at developed countries. They’re both 36 years old, the son of aunt both patients were admitted with complaints of abdominal bloating, and fatigue. In examination revealed splenomegaly and grade 1-2 acid. In two patients with HCC due to hepatitis B-related liver cirrhosis that was detected at the first examination who are presented in order to remind the importance of follow-up the inactive infection or chronic HBV infection .
