Types of legal regimes: pluralism of scientific approaches.

Abstract
The article discusses the state and prospects of the development of the legal regime as a general theoretical category have been studied, scientific positions have been defined regarding the definition of the concept of «legal regime» and the specific application of this category in domestic legislation, scientific approaches to the classification of legal regimes have been explored, as well as the author’s vision of differentiation of legal regimes.
