Typology of internal value conflicts of senior management

Abstract

The article describes the structure of value orientations of leaders, considered as the model group (persons with outstanding personal and professional achievements, who are not only owners of values, but their creators – because of their social status and influence of organizational culture). The results of research of basic values as at the level of normative ideals as real behavioral manifestations are analyzed. It is shown, how the implementation of the author’s system of calculations permits to reveal the non-compliance of the respondents’ value sphere. There are three types of value conflicts, their qualitative interpretation is given.
