Abstract
Запропоновано організаційно-економічна модель розпорядження землями, яка базується на вдосконаленому механізмі проведення земельних торгів у формі аукціону, що дасть змогу при цьому зменшити витрати на цю процедуру до 50 % розміру прожиткового мінімуму для працездатних осіб на дату публікації оголошення про проведення земельних торгів.
