Udział mikroskopii elektronowej w badaniach nad patogenezą ostrego zapalenia trzustki

Abstract
Ogólnie przyjmuje się, że ostre zapalenie trzustki (ozt) jest chorobą, w której trzustka ulega uszkodzeniu przez własne enzymy trawienne. Mechanizmy odpowiedzialne za wewnątrzkomórkową aktywację enzymów nie są do końca wyjaśnione. W pracy dokonano przeglądu badań ultrastrukturalnych, które były najbardziej istotne w badaniach nad patogenezą ozt. Przedstawiono ultrastrukturalne dowody na potwierdzenie najważniejszych hipotez patogenetycznych: kolokalizacji i autofagii. Podkreślono rolę badań ultrastrukturalnych w powiązaniu zaburzeń w mikrokrążeniu trzustkowym z nasileniem choroby, jak również w potwierdzeniu roli rodników tlenowych w patogenezie ozt.
