UKRAINE – EU: FEATURES OF THE BILATERAL IMPLEMENTATION OF CUSTOMS STANDARDS

Abstract
The article investigates current problems and modern trends of the legal relationships in the implementation of the European customs standards in Ukraine in the context of the Ukraine - European Union Association Agreement. Implementation of EU сustoms standards in Ukraine provided by the bilateral cooperation of customs administrations of Ukraine and the EU. Bilateral partnership in implementing of EU customs standards in Ukraine provides the political acceleration and further economic integration between the EU and Ukraine.
