Abstract
The article reveals the state of scientific researches in the field of corporate law of Ukraine in the third millennium. The author attempts to systematize domestic scientific developments in corporate law in the period from 2000 year till now. The prospects of conducting scientific activity on corporate and legal issues problems were done.
