UKRAINIAN SECURITIES MARKET IN THE INTERNATIONAL MARKETS SYSTEM

Abstract
The relevance of determining the place of Ukrainian securities market in the international market system is defined with its functions in modern terms that will provide creating of base for favorable investment climate forming, incoming of foreign investment and improvement of Ukraine’s position in international ratings. Research of trading dynamism on the securities market should be conducted by the way of normalization its indicators in order to reveal its actual state and determine the main factors of influence on national economy. It is discovered that definition of role of institutional part in securities market development should be realized by analyzing of stock exchanges’ contribution to its formation. Equally, important is the structural analysis of global market, in particular shares, that allows determining their contribution to the global market forming and to define the place of the domestic market in global market functioning system. Capitalization of listed companies to GDP ratio analysis from the prospective of international securities markets allows to determine not only their development dynamism but to discover influence on two main parameters: stock exchanges’ trade volume and fluctuation of share prices. In order to prevent negative trends of monopoly manifestation it is necessary to track changes of influence level of other countries on national securities market, because excessive buying of shares can pose a risk for economy. The final stage has to become analysis of indices of national and global securities markets. Results of the conducted research on Ukrainian securities market entitled to define its minor role in global market development. The main drivers of above-mentioned results are: trade volume reducing during 2013-2017, minimization of role of stock exchanges, decrease in capitalization of listed companies, threat of excessive buying Ukrainian companies by Russian investors. The existing negative trends in the development of the Ukrainian securities market can cause destabilization of the domestic financial market and lead to an increase in the risks of investments from the country.
