“Украинский барометр” как инструмент сотрудничества Общества, Власти и Бизнеса: опыт Швейцарии

Abstract
В статье отражены европейские инструменты сотрудничества власти, общества и бизнеса на примере швейцарского «Барометра тревог». На этой основе обоснована целесообразность внедрения системы «Украинского барометра» для решения проблем сотрудничества власти, общества и бизнеса на принципах партисипативного управления, повышения эффективности деятельности властных структур и гражданского общества с целью постепенного решения сложных общественных проблем. На основе данных Киевского международного института социологии за 2014–2019 годы автором создан «Барометр проблем» для Украины.
