Umowa o mediację w prawie polskim – wybrane uwagi

Abstract
The purpose of this article is to introduce the lecturer to issues of mediation. The agreement on mediation is one of the alternative methods of dispute resolution. In the article, the authors discuss the main problems concerning the wording of the agreement on mediation and duties under this agreement and the consequences of non-fulfillment of it. It also examines numerous aspects of the legal nature of the agreement on mediation. Additionally, the article shows the substantive law and process law aspects in accordance to conclusion of the agreement on mediation.
