UNCONDITIONAL BASIC INCOME AS A MANAGEMENT TOOL OF POVERTY

Abstract
The article deals with theoretical-methodological and practical bases of origin and the introduction of unconditional basic income. The main features that characterize this definition are defined. Arguments that confirm the positive effects of introducing unconditional basic income are given. In the course of the study, the potential negative changes in the socioeconomic life of the state from the use of this instrument are identified. The article contains materials of an applied nature, which emphasizes the practicality and necessity of studying unconditional basic income. Based on the elaborated material, it is proposed to consider unconditional basic income as an instrument of public administration in the field of social protection of the population.
