Abstract

The problem of negative externalities has gained importance all over the world and requires action in order to prevent further environmental degradation and reduce the negative influence on health and life. Poland, as a new member state of the EU where these costs are higher than in many other countries, should advance the implementation of instruments for internalization of external costs.
