Updated concept of validity check when determining the customs value of goods carried in (imported) in the customs territory of Ukraine

Abstract
The article investigates the conceptual bases of the control of correctness of determining the customs value of goods imported (imported) into the customs territory of Ukraine. On the basis of current legislation of Ukraine on state customs author discloses the problematic issues that arise in the formation of "oriented indicators" of the customs value of goods used in the risk management system for customs clearance of goods imported into the customs territory of Ukraine in customs import (release mode free circulation).
