УПРАВЛІННЯ СИНЕРГЕТИЧНОЮ ІНСТИТУЦІОНАЛЬНОЮ ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЄЮ АГРАРНОГО СЕКТОРА ЕКОНОМІКИ

Abstract
Gudzynskyi O., Sudomyr S. The management of synergistic institutional transformation of the agrarian sector of Economics. In the article potential of the system is projected taking into account the requirements of synergetics and potential possibilities of his realization. A new approach to the forming of methodology of construction of management as dynamically developing integral system on the requirements of synergetic is designed. The institutional-structural transformation as a dynamic process requires a new methodological approach to the management formation as a system integrity which is adequate to the task of institutional transformation. The degree of management readiness to implement the institutional changes should be a proactive nature. Only with this approach it can ensure a balanced development of all organizations’ subsystems in the rational value of organizational interaction and self-organization of socio-economic systems at all stages of their development. The synergy enhances the integrity of the quality characteristics by further research on the phenomena and processes with nonlinear laws in the closely interaction of chaos-order, order-chaos in the randomness system-necessity, necessity-expediency. Such kind of research should cover all activities, including management and its coordination, regulatory, organizational and others functions. At the same time we focus on the systemic use of dialectic, specific historical methods, systems methodology. It will allow with high rate ratio reasonableness to approach the formulating, adopting, and implementing solutions for the development of subject-subject, subject-object and object-object relations in the process of socio-economic systems activities while interacting with internal and external environment. The synergistic methodological approach should cover all types of management: strategic development of enterprises; innovative development of enterprises; anti-crisis activities of the organizational units; potential of economic structures; marketing; logistics; manufacturing and service activities; financial activities; communication; organizational development of the enterprises.
