Uraz skalpacyjny podudzia – znaczenie terapii wspomagających leczenie chirurgiczne: terapii podciśnieniowej oraz hiperbarii tlenowej

Abstract
Następstwa urazu skalpacyjnego stanowią trudne terapeutycznie wyzwanie obejmujące zakres działań zarówno chirurgii urazowej, jak i chirurgii plastycznej. Uszkodzenie, jakim jest uraz skalpacyjny, obejmuje odwarstwienie skóry i tkanki podskórnej od powięzi i mięśni. Leczenie ze względu na zakres urazu, ryzyko zakażenia i często masywną utratę krwi jest czasochłonne, a jego wyniki często są niezadawalające. W pracy przedstawiono proces terapeutyczny i wyniki leczenia chorej hospitalizowanej z powodu następstw urazu skalpacyjnego kończyny dolnej powstałych w wyniku wypadku w zakładzie pracy. Opisano złożony proces leczenia obejmujący leczenie chirurgiczne oraz terapie wspomagające, co finalnie pozwoliło uzyskać dobry efekt estetyczny.<br/><br/>
