Urban Charging Station Planning of Electric Vehicle Based on Fuzzy Matter-Element Analysis

Abstract

A location decision method for multi-schemes and multi-characters urban charging station of electric vehicle based on fuzzy matter-element theory was studied to solve the multi-criteria incompatibility problem in charging station location decision. The charging station location decision evaluation index system was constructed, and the weight of each index was determined. Through the establishment of multidimensional composite fuzzy matter-element matrix of multiple charging station, the charging station location decision was transformed into compatibility issues from incompatibility problems by means of associated transformation. Theoptimization for multiple candidate points was achieved. The example analysis shows that 5 evaluation indices are determined for the 4 candidate points, and the correlation degree of the candidate point 2 is the highest, with 8. 625 calculated by fuzzy matter-element analysis.
