Urban regeneration is a widely experienced but little understood phenomenon. It is also a great solution to bring declined cities back to life. Nowadays, the number and state of the industrial sites in Oradea, is not known. The aim of this paper is to study the state of the industrial sites in Oradea and highlighting them. The methods that have been used were different, from collecting data from the National Archives, to studying the buildings on site.
