Use of foreign experience of reimbursement of losses to the population as a result of conflicts and emergencies

Abstract
In the article experience of the states is analysed in the decision of housing problems and grant of indemnifications to the victims in soldiery conflicts. The general tendencies of compensation of consequences of other modern conflicts that Ukraine can take into account on the ways of forming of politics are educed. A necessity over in good time to work out approaches and strategies of after a conflict settlement, search of own mechanisms of decision of problem is brought. Attention is accented on a necessity to take advantage of row of the preventive mechanisms approved during after a conflict in other countries.
