USE OF METHODOLOGY OF THE SYSTEM APPROACH TO EVALUATION OF EFFICIENCY OF MANAGEMENT OF AIRCRAFT-BUILDING ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The use of the systematic approach methodology in the context of external and internal efficiency and synergetic properties of the enterprise and its divisions as a system is substantiated. An algorithm for constructing of a system for evaluating the effectiveness of management is proposed. It is established that the mathematical form of the implementation of such economic model is the task of multicriteria optimization. It is concluded that the indicators in the proposed economic-mathematical model for evaluating the effectiveness of management should be chosen in such a way that they are functions of the same variables, that is, these indicators should be determined by one and the same economic factors, namely: absolute, relative and time performance indicators (dynamics of processes).
