USING ENGLISH SONGS TO TEACH ESL STUDENTS IN PRIMARY SCHOOL

Abstract
Using English songs very useful in primary schools. Because pupils get bored in typical lessons. With the help of songs pupil improve speaking and listening skills. Teachers can attract them with the help of songs. However choosing an appropriate song is difficult. Because not every song suitable for pupils according to knowledge and cultural believes. Modern songs consist of difficult words and singers sing them very fast. EFL students can not understand them. So choosing a suitable song also essential. In this article we give six steps for making a song suitable for primary school students. And the names of songs which can be used in primary classes.
