USING OF COMMUNICATION BETWEEN UNIVERSITIY AND SCIENTIFIC AND INDUSTRIAL LABORATORIES AS ONE ASPECT OF FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF TEACHERS XXI CENTURY

Abstract
The article provides an example of the relationships of the University with scientific and industrial laboratories as one of the aspects of formation of professional competence of the teacher of the XXI century. Describes an example of implementation of a thesis and related course work of two students of physics and mathematics. The theoretical material coursework is an integral part of the theory of propagation of electromagnetic waves in different condensed matter. Discusses the polarization of light, the occurrence of phase shift between ordinary and extraordinary rays in double promentilla, the appearance of surface plasmon resonance and violations of the conditions of total internal reflection of light. The principle of operation of devices that use the phenomenon of surface plasmon resonance. These components of competence of a future specialist – physics, which are formed when performing independent work, communication with staff of the research laboratories and during the students ' participation in the scientific conference on condensed matter physics.
