USING OF MODERN MEANS OF COMMUNICATION BETWEEN SFS OF UKRAINE AND SOCIETY AS AN EFFECTIVE MECHANISM FOR INFORMING CITIZENS

Abstract
The state and prospects of the use of information and communication technologies in the activities of public authorities as an important prerequisite for the formation of an open and transparent dialogue of institutions of power in their interaction with the public, as well as an effective mechanism for informing about their activities are investigated. On the example of the SFS of Ukraine, the effectiveness of using innovative methods of communicative activity by the public authorities in the construction of relations between the state and society, increasing the effectiveness of the functioning of public authorities, and supporting their unity are characterized. The ways of using social networks as an effective mechanism of interaction with citizens, coverage of their activities are shown.
