Abstract
Criminalistical characteristics and process of investigation are complicated dynamic systems of various social levels, which have common integrative features. Modeling is one of the methods of investigation of complex dynamic systems. Method of evaluation and observance of programmes (MEOP) is an instrument of planned organization and allows modeling many features of crimes.
