Using of the neural network technology for the conduct mass appraisal of land

Abstract
he issues associated with the use of neural network technology for mass valuation of land are discussed in the article. The features of the construction of neural networks adapted for land evaluation are researched. The ways of improving monetary value of land in Ukraine on the basis of neural networks are proposed.
