USING PSYCHODRAMA FOR UNDERSTANDING PERSONAL PROBLEMS

Abstract
The article reveals the essence of psychodrama, characterized by its stage – warm-up, the choice of the protagonist, psychodramatic action and sharing. The features of the use of psychodrama for the disclosure of personal and group problems. Psychodrama allows you to simulate the conditions in a specially created work- ing group real-life situations, to seek and find the best ways to conduct them.This method promotes personal growth, overcoming the crises in life, it helps to correct life scenario, to find a way out of the conflict, to reduce the heavy experiences, as well as to reach solutions to the many problems of life.
