Abstract
Impairment of the function or structure of an infant which occurs at the moment of their birth is called perinatal injury. Its complications are varied and depend on the cause of injury, its location and extent. Dejanire-Klumpke brachial plexus palsy is one of such complications. Medical proceeding and physiotherapy are adjusted individually.
