UŠTEDA ENERGIJE PRIMENOM PROMOTORA TURBULENCIJE U MIKROFILTRACIJI MLEKA

Abstract
Efikasnost mikrofiltracije je ograničena zaprljanošću membrane koja izaziva pad fluksa povećavajući potrošnju energije u procesu. Jedan od načina da se smanji zaprljanost membrane je primena promotora turbulencije u keramičkoj membrani. Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je da se ispita potencijal uštede energije u unakrskoj mikrofiltraciji mleka pomoću statičkih miksera uvijenih traka i KM Keniks miksera. Primena uvijenih traka izaziva smanjenje energetske potrošnje na nivou od 45 do 75% dok primena Keniks miksera garantuje smanjenje od 35 do 65%.
