Utilizarea indicatorilor gender in analiza activitatilor socio-economice

Abstract
Indicii si obiectivele internationale si regionale de gen sunt importanti in masura in care acorda posibilitatea de o sensibilizare si intelegere comuna a problemelor la nivel international, stabilirea de comparatii transnationale in materie de egalitate a genurilor si concentrarea datelor complexe in mesaje clare, formulate in termen de progres si/sau de decalaje in egalitatea genurilor. Problemele ce apar in promivarea politicilor orientate spre cresterea bunastarii polulatiei deseori sunt legate de o prezentare neadecvata sau negligarea in analiza efectuata a problemelor gender.
