UTILIZING UKRAINIAN LANGUAGE AS STATE ONE NOWADAYS

Abstract
The article is aimed at reviewing the common Ukrainian legislative framework on the realization of the Ukrainian state language policy concerning the issues of utilizing the Ukrainian language as the state one at the present stage. The Ukrainian language as the state language in Ukraine is the subject of the research. A thorough consideration of the problem results in substantiation of the fact that, according to the research of the XXI century’s legislative framework concerning Ukraine’s state language policy on widening the Ukrainian language usage sphere as the state one, the current government provides full support of the Ukrainian language as the state one, thus, the Ukrainian language becomes more protected on the legislative level.
