UTJECAJ OBODNE BRZINE DISKA NA POTROŠNJU DIJAMANTNOG SLOJA KOD PILJENJA ARHITEKTONSKO-GRAĐEVNOG KAMENA

Abstract
Za postizanje efikasnog načina piljenja arhitekton-sfco-građevnog kamena dijamantnim diskovima, potrebno je naći uvjete pri kojima je učinak najveći, a zatopljenje i trošenje dijamantnog alata najmanje. Zbog toga je jedno od najsloženijih pitanja istraživanja rada dijamantnih diskova utvrđivanje optimalnog režima rezanja, što podrazumijeva pravilan izbor dubine rezanja, uzdužne i obodne (kružne) brzine. Da bi se ustanovilo ikako promjena obodne brzine diska utječe na potrošnju dijamantnog sloja, a time i na trajnost diska i njegovu efikasnost u cjelini, obavljena su eksperimentalna istraživanja ovisnosti potrošnje dijamantnog sloja od promjene obodne brzine diska.
