W niniejszym artykule autor analizuje etapy utworzenia i rozwoju katedry procesu kryminalnego i kryminalistyki na wydziale prawa Uniwersytetu Lwowskiego. Znaczną uwagę poświęcił on charakterystyce szkoły naukowej sądownictwa kryminalnego, naświetlił także działalność naukową najwybitniejszych uczonych prawników wydziału prawa w zakresie procesu kryminalnego i kryminalistyki.<br/><br/>
