Uwarunkowania logistyczne w planowaniu produkcji i magazynowaniu profili aluminiowych z wykorzystaniem metod ABC i XYZ

Abstract
The article discusses the ABC / XYZ methods used to classify profiles that are the basis for planning their sales and effectively placing them in the warehouse of finished products. Optimal grouping of these products allows to increase the efficiency of the warehouse in terms of its economic importance in procurement and distribution. As a result of the analyzes carried out, the products which are most frequently and in the largest number ordered by contractors were identified. It also allowed to answer the questions how to rationally manage financial resources to ensure financial liquidity of production plants and at the same time maintain production continuity.
