Valdžių padalijimo principas kaip demokratijos veiksnys: atvejo studija

Abstract
Valdžių padalijimo principas yra tiesiogiai susijęs su valdžių padalijimo teorija, kurios pagrindus sukūrė filosofai Johnas Locke’as ir Charles de Montesquieu. Šis principas ilgainiui buvo įtvirtintas demokratinėse konstitucijose ir tapo vienas iš pagrindinių valstybės demokratinės raidos veiksnys. Valdžių padalijimo principas Lietuvoje atkūrus nepriklausomybę po 1991 m. Kovo 11 d. Nepriklausomybės Akto buvo įtvirtintas 1992 m. Lietuvos Respublikos Konstitucijoje. Todėl, analizuojant valdžių padalijimo principą kaip demokratijos veiksnį, galima pasiremti ir 1992 m. Lietuvos Respublikos Konstitucija, kuria pagrįsta šiuolaikinės demokratinės Lietuvos valstybės raida. Straipsnyje siekiama atskleisti mokslinėje literatūroje mažai tirtą temą apie valdžių padalijimo principo įtvirtinimą 1992 m. Konstitucijoje ir jo reikšmę nepriklausomos Lietuvos valstybės demokratizavimo procesui.
