Valuable concepts used to regulate the procedure for the severance of materials for criminal proceedings

Abstract
The doctrinal bases of the use of the evaluative conceptsin the criminal procedural law of Ukraine are investigated in article. Enforcement errors in the interpretation of the evaluative concepts. The features of implementation of evaluative concepts for the legal regulation severance of materials of criminal proceedings. A number of statements and proposals for amendments and additions to the current Criminal procedural code of Ukraine are suggested on the basis of the analysis of the provisions of the criminal procedural legislation of Ukraine.
