VALUE ORIENTATIONS AS AN IMPORTANT COMPONENT OF FUTURE TEACHERS' PEDAGOGICAL ACTIVITY

Abstract
The article lights up the results of future teachers’ meaningful and humanistic orientations’ experimental study as an important component of pedagogical activity. The priority task of innovative education is defined i.e. formation of a humanistic type of a personality, a true intellectual who is able to solve social and professional tasks creatively and professionally by means of a holistic approach. Special attention is given to the algorithm of humanistic value orientations’ formation.
